Improve Your Sex Life Using Breath

How you ever noticed that the biggest barrier to good sex is being mental, in your head or not fully present? For me, the absolute worst sexual encounters with my partner have been when I am busy thinking about how I look, thinking about getting to a finish line or really thinking about ANYTHING. Thinking may serve us during our daily life but it definitely does the antithesis of service when it comes to sex.


One of the best ways I have found to create more presence and less mental in intimacy is with my breath. By focusing on breathing deep into my navel consciously, I am immediately more present for all the sensations that are happening with my 5 senses which lead to more responsive arousal, resulting in more intimate communion and presence with my partner. I love breath as a tool because it is always available and can create immediate presence and embodiment which leads to better sex for all parties involved.
